I’m a UX designer with a holistic mindset and over a decade of experience designing inclusive, user-centred digital services for government, education, nonprofit, and creative sectors.
My design journey began in 2010 through street-style blogging and vintage e-commerce. I quickly found myself more drawn to the structure and interface of digital platforms than the content itself. That early curiosity led to my first contract in 2014, migrating multilingual content and working alongside UX and development teams. I fully transitioned into UX in 2019 and have since delivered accessible, research-informed design work across a wide range of projects.
My background in the performing arts shaped the way I work with practical empathy, audience awareness, and an appreciation for clarity in communication. I also draw on my studies in psychology, accessibility, and visual design to create digital experiences that are clear, functional, and considerate of real human needs.
As a neurodivergent designer, I approach accessibility not as a box to tick but as a mindset. I value structure, clarity, and collaboration. My strength lies in simplifying complexity and reducing cognitive load. I design experiences that support focus, understanding, and ease of use.
UX Process
I typically work within the Double Diamond framework: Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver. I balance user research, accessibility insights, and iterative design. I adapt this model to each project’s needs and use it to guide collaborative thinking and informed decision-making.
Whether working independently or within a multidisciplinary team, I bring structure, curiosity, and a user-first mindset to everything I build.
